Prices and estimates

The "from" prices shown and the simulator's price ranges are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Only a quote drawn up after inspecting the vehicle is binding on Miss Detailing.

Privacy policy

In short: we only collect what we need to reply to you, we sell nothing to anyone and the site doesn't track you.

Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Miss Detailing, Rue de l'Industrie 22A, Bâtiment C09, 1400 Nivelles, Belgium. For any question about your data, write to contact@missdetailing.com.

What data do we collect?

Only what you enter yourself in the site's two forms:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone, vehicle, requested service and your message.
  • Price simulator: first name, email, phone (optional), vehicle make and model, plus the details of the estimate you ask us to refine.

The site never asks you to create an account and takes no online payments. No data is collected without your knowledge.

Why, and on what legal basis?

This data serves one purpose only: answering your request and, if you wish, preparing a quote for your vehicle. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your contact details for advertising and we never sign you up to any newsletter without your consent.

Who has access to your data?

The manager of Miss Detailing, and no one else. Two technical providers are involved in running the site:

  • Vercel (site hosting);
  • Resend (delivery of the emails sent from the forms).

Both providers are US companies: any transfers of data outside the European Union are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as it takes to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years after our last exchange. If you become a customer, invoicing documents are kept for the statutory accounting and tax periods.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies or trackers: no cookie banner, quite simply because there is nothing to accept.

If audience measurement is ever enabled, it will run without cookies and without identifying visitors (anonymous statistics such as Plausible or Vercel Analytics); this page will be updated accordingly.

The contact page may display a Google Maps map: when that map loads, your browser communicates with Google's servers, which then receive technical data such as your IP address.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you, at any time and free of charge, the following rights over your data:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
  • have it erased;
  • restrict its use or object to it;
  • receive it in a readable format to pass on elsewhere (portability).

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to contact@missdetailing.com. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels) via dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted connection) and incoming requests are only accessible to the manager, on protected accounts.
