ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
\nThe present general conditions of sale apply to all services offered by Miss Detailing, as well as to the sale of all products by Miss Detailing, on its website.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 2: ORDERING AND CONTRACTING
\nThe placing of an order by the customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices proposed by Miss Detailing on its website. The order will be considered as accepted by Miss Detailing, after written confirmation by Miss Detailing.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 3: TARIFFS
\nThe prices of the services and products are indicated on the website of Miss Detailing and are subject to change without notice. The prices indicated are in euros and include all taxes.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT
\nPayment is made online, by credit card, or in cash, at the Miss Detailing workshop. All online payments are secured by SSL protocol. The ordered products remain the property of Miss Detailing until they are paid in full.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
\nThe services and products shall be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions and deadlines agreed with the customer. The customer must check the conformity of the service or product delivered with the order, upon receipt. Any complaint must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 6: LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE
\nMiss Detailing undertakes to perform the services and supply the products in accordance with the standards and regulations in force. In case of a defect, Miss Detailing commits itself to offer a new service or a replacement product. Miss Detailing cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or fault attributable to the client.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 7: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
\nIn accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete his personal data. Miss Detailing undertakes not to communicate the personal data of its customers to third parties, except with their express agreement.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
\nThe present general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these conditions shall be brought before the competent Belgian courts.<\/p>\n
